ORDERING & BOOKING POLICY

General Booking Guidelines

  1. Order Placement:

  • Cookies and Candy: Orders can be placed through our online store at any time. 

  • Chef and Catering Services: To book our chef and catering services, please submit your inquiry through our online booking form. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Some services require a longer notice.

  • 2. Deposit and Payment:

  • Cookies and Candy: Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Chef and Catering Services: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.  

  • 3. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Cookies and Candy: Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

  • Chef and Catering Services: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 14 days before the event, sometimes longer depending on the service requested. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in a charge of at least 75% of the total cost.

Specific Booking Conditions

1. Customization:

  • Cookies and Candy: There are no customization options available at this time.

    • Chef and Catering Services: Custom menus and themes are available. Please provide details of your preferences during the initial consultation.

    • 2. Minimum Orders:

      • Cookies and Candy: Minimum order of a half dozen, a dozen, or a box of pecan/praline candy. 

      • Chef and Catering Services: Minimum order requirements will be discussed during the booking process and are dependent on the nature and size of the event.

      • 3. Delivery and Setup:

        • Cookies and Candy: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

        • Chef and Catering Services: Delivery and setup fees are included in the total cost estimate. We will arrive 2 hours before the event to ensure everything is set up perfectly.

        • 4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

          • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take utmost care in handling food allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

          • 5. Event Logistics:

            • Chef and Catering Services: For on-site catering, please ensure that we have access to a suitable kitchen or preparation area. Any specific requirements will be discussed during the initial consultation.
