      • To initiate a refund, please email us at jane@love-jane.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
      • We may ask for additional information or photographs to process your request.

    • Processing Refunds

      • Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
      • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
      • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    • Late or Missing Refunds

      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

      • Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
